The following is list of those real estate projects whose owners have agreed to follow the Code of Conduct and who have signed a legal agreement to that affect. It is not an endorsement by Panama Wave S.A. or its associates of the listed projects or other projects promoted by the owners. The descriptive text below was provided by the owners and does not reflect the judgement of the Panama Real Estate Code of Conduct website or its owners.

• Punta Barco Village - Punta Barco Village is located in Punta Barco, 48 miles to the west of Panama City and next to Coronado, with all the facilities of a major supermarket, restaurants, and a major golf resort, yet only a short drive to Panama City's services and the international airport.
• Morrillo Pacific Heights - This project developed by Surfside Properties Panama S.A. offers building lots with beautiful ocean views at Playa Morrillo on the western Pacific coast of the Azuero peninsula in Veraguas province, not far from Santiago. With paved road access and servicing provided by the developer, lots from one-third acre to three acres range in price from $25,000 to $133,000.
• Brisas de Los Lagos - Brisas de Los Lagos is located just 30 minutes from Panama City, and only 40 minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches on the Pacific Ocean. Heavily forested, the area has an almost continuous breeze (thus the name, "Lake Breezes" in English). You have the best of two worlds, proximity to the amenities of the capital city while living in a tranquil rural environment.
